While performing your home inspection, John encourages all his clients to participate in the inspection which generally will take 3 hours to complete. This will allow John to answer all your questions, show you where the main component systems are and provide you with a thorough report of his findings. This comprehensive inspection report will include photos and be provided to you onsite. Should you not be able to attend the inspection, John will email you the report same day. The home inspection report will also be accompanied by a professional home resource binder that includes home services discount coupons and a DIY project CD.
